Health and Emergency Contact Form All parents will be required to submit a completed Health and Emergency Contact Form for their child prior to the first day of program. If your child has any relevant medical conditions please let us know. The form will be emailed upon registration.

Lunch
Warm layer
Comfortable walking shoes
Water bottle
Plenty of snacks
Sunscreen and hat
Change of clothes in a plastic bag
Swim suit (optional)
Water Safety: At Natural Bridges- if wave conditions are safe, kids may go into the ocean up to their ankles only. At Henry Cowell- if river conditions are safe, kids may go into the river up to their knees.
Behavior Expectations: In order to safely participate in Happy Quails, children must be able to follow instructions from the naturalists, stay with the group, and carry a backpack.
Payment: We accept cash or check. Upon registration, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due. This deposit goes towards the cost of the week, it is not an additional fee. The remaining balance is due on the first day of camp.
Late Pick-up Please be on time to pick up and drop off your child! If you are going to be late please call or text the naturalist. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged 10$ and an additional fee of 1$ per minute thereafter.
Weather Our program generally runs rain or shine, however there are some exceptions. If the forecast calls for hazardous conditions, such as a high AQI, high winds, flood warnings, or lightning, we will cancel.The decision to cancel will be made on the morning of class. Happy Quails will credit classes cancelled due to weather or air quality.
